For all weekend hire deals we are going to have a  non-refundable deposit to protect  against “no-shows,” which prevent other customers from booking that same trailer. 

(Due to the amount of No Shows Friday afternoons)

 If you are looking at specific terms, here is how that usually breaks down:

Security: The fee ensures you have skin in the game, so the business can confidently hold the asset for you.

Payment Flow: If the total hire is $100 and you pay a $30 booking fee today, you simply pay the remaining $70 when you pick up the trailer.

Cancellation: Because it’s “non-refundable,” you typically lose that $30 if you change your mind or don’t turn up.

I Hope everyone understands we have not had to do this for the 10 years here but we are now getting a average 2 every Friday and we a knocking customer’s back and then we get NO SHOWS
